Our fees are as follows:
Full Management is an initial lettings fee of half a months’ rent plus V.A.T. which is only paid once a suitable tenant is found then 10% plus V.A.T. of all monies collected.
There are no further charges for inspections, tenancy renewals, arrears chasing or any other costs incurred by ourselves in the day to day running of your property.
If you have a portfolio of 5 or more properties then rates can be negotiated.
We also have a team of local contractors who offer fair priced maintenance should your property require it.
We also have access to several Gas Safe Register engineers for gas safety checks.
We also can offer EPC’s at very competitive rates.
