To secure one of our properties you will require the following items:
- Administration fee of £150.00
- Proof of I.D
- Utility Bill
- Recent bank statements
- Completed application form
- One month rent in advance
Some of our properties require additional items such as:
- Guarantor
- Security Deposit
When you are a tenant you can also pay your rent in a number of ways. By traditional cash, cheque or standing order. You can also contact us to order a swipecard which enables you to pay your rent at any Paypoint outlet, post office and by debit and credit card over the phone and online.

We also accept housing benefit tenants.
All properties are offered on a 6 monthly basis and there are no charges to re-sign the tenancy.
All security deposits are held in the Deposit Protection Scheme as required by law.
